The 7-Day Money Back Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us within seven calendar days of taking delivery of your car if you intend to return it.
- A car cannot be returned if it has exceeded 500 miles from the point of delivery to the point of return.
- There will be a charge for any cosmetic or mechanical damage to the car.
- The payment fee on credit cards or cash payments cannot be refunded.
- Any accessory or insurance backed product will not be refunded.
- If you have committed to a finance option, there may be early termination fees.
- Your refund will be paid as soon as we receive the V5 registration document from you.
