What Guarantee Do I Have When Buying a Car Online?

We're sure you'll be delighted with your car. But if not, don't worry. If after delivery you decide the car is not for you return the car within 7 days and we will refund your money. How's that for peace of mind?

The 7-Day Money Back Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within seven calendar days of taking delivery of your car if you intend to return it.
  • A car cannot be returned if it has exceeded 500 miles from the point of delivery to the point of return.
  • There will be a charge for any cosmetic or mechanical damage to the car.
  • The payment fee on credit cards or cash payments cannot be refunded.
  • Any accessory or insurance backed product will not be refunded.
  • If you have committed to a finance option, there may be early termination fees.
  • Your refund will be paid as soon as we receive the V5 registration document from you.
