Have Your Cars Been Checked?

Every car listed on virtualcarsuperstore.co.uk is HPI checked and has successfully passed a 101 point mechanical inspection. You can therefore be assured that the car has a clear title and has not been previously written off for insurance purposes.

Do Your Cars Have a Full Service History?

All of our cars that are less than 3 years old come with a full service history. Cars older than 3 years may not - we will tell you exactly what history is available.

When Were Your Cars Last Serviced?

As part of our service unless the car has been serviced within the last 3 months we will give it a new service.

Have Your Cars had an MOT?

Every car we sell will be given a new MOT.

Are the Tyres Legal?

Yes, this is one of the points in our 101-point inspection and MOT.

Do You Offer an Extended Warranty?

We do offer an automatic 3 month warranty underwritten by ourselves. However, an extended warranty package with an inclusive roadside assistance is available. (Please check our Warranty page for more details).

What if the Car Is Not Exactly as Described?

We are meticulous about how we describe the car, our buyers are very experienced, if when we inspect the car it does not meet our standards, which happens occasionally, we walk away from the car and offer to refund your deposit or find you another car. Wherever possible we will provide detailed photographs of the car before we go to inspect it ourselves.

Why Are there no Photographs of the Cars?

As the car is not physically stored with us it is not possible to photograph it at this stage. However in the process of searching for cars we can frequently get photographs which we will send to you by e-mail.
